I have always been a fan of Sambas, and I always will be, for a few reasons. 1. They fit snug around my feet without constricting them, I really like this, as other shoes I have had in the past are too big width/height wise and my foot will move around as I walk. 2. They're very durable. I have a pair for over 6 years ago, and while I don't wear them every single day, they've outlasted other pairs of shoes purchased around the same time, and worn for a similar amount of time. The Samba is designed to be an indoor soccer shoe, so the sole of the shoe is designed around grip. This doesn't really come into play if you are just walking around, but it is nice for those moments where you need to unexpectedly be quick on your feet. I usually walk 3-5 miles per day so I need a shoe that is both comfortable and long lasting, and for this reason, I choose these shoes*.
